Uhud battle area

The Battlefield of the Battle of Uhud Uhud Battle Site is testament to pivotal events in Islamic history. During Shawwal of 3 AH (625 CE), the Muslims, led by the Prophet ﷺ, faced Quraysh in a profound trial of steadfastness, patience and faith. This sacred land is imbued with a legacy of heroism, sacrifice, and devotion left by noble martyrs who gave their lives in defense of their religion and their Prophet ﷺ. First Quote: Allāh The Exalted says:
 "And [remember] when you, [O Muhammad], left your family in the morning to post the believers at their stations for battle. And Allāh is Hearing and Knowing."

Qurʾān: 3:121

Second Quote: Allāh The Exalted says:
 "So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers. If a wound should touch you – there has already touched the [opposing] people a wound similar to it. And such days [of varying conditions] We alternate among the people so that Allāh may make evident those who believe and [may] take to Himself from among you martyrs – and Allāh does not like the wrongdoers."

Historical Overview:

In Shawwal of 3 AH (625 CE), the Quraysh army mobilized and camped at Wādī Qanāt near Madīnah, putting the Muslims on alert.
